sqword
Two-player word game

Same letters.
Different placement.

Both players draw the same letters in the same order. Where you put them on your 5×5 board is what decides the game. No luck of the draw — just placement, against another mind doing the same puzzle.

Launching soon on iOS and Android.

Every line counts

When the board fills up, each row and column scores its best valid word. Highest total wins. Simple to learn, deep to play.

Modes

Four ways to play.

Online multiplayer

Find a random opponent or invite a friend. Real-time turns, push notifications when it's your move, timeouts so games actually finish.

Daily challenge

One fresh puzzle every day, the same one for everyone. Compare against friends, climb the global leaderboard, build a streak.

Three variants

Classic (every letter worth one), Scrabble (real letter values and board modifiers), or Custom — toggle values and modifier layouts to taste.

Local hotseat

Two players, one phone, with privacy interstitials between turns. Good for road trips, sofas, and people who hate installing apps.

Get it when it lands.
